Thread: Bleeds are pathetic now
Just so I am clear on what was written, the 2H MIND hit, doesn't always initially damage the mind? So the 2H mind hit can affect Health,Action OR Mind? Huh? So it is now the 2H Random Initial Hit Followed By Mind Bleed Hit?
This little tidbit is not posted ANYWHERE in the publish notes. Is it a new design flaw? If so, StGabriel, please get them to change this. We were alreadyclose to uselessin PVP compared to other classes, why gimp US?!?!?!!?!?!?
Was this the way it was in TestCenter? This is totally news to me....I guess I will have to see how it plays out, but it doesn't sound good.....can't wait to see myself get wasted anywhere I go with my most effective skills gimped....while TKAs continue to rule the world....

This was always the case - the initial hit on a bleed didn't always hit the targetted pool (although it was more frequently mind than anything else) but always caused a bleed on the proper pool.
I saw this all the time on rifles pre-patch (I got more time to watch the effects of my hits from 60+ m). Nothing's fundamentally changed with how bleeds work - the damage per tick has been reduced to prevent people bleed kiting things todeath (which you had to know was going to be fixed someday).
With the bleed nerf it will be tougher to kill heavily armored mobs like a krayt or a nightsister elder...above alla Mokk Rockshaper with 100% blast and 100% kinetic resist...with lame bleeds...things will be tougher for the already the non dominating melee class...TKA dont have bleed capability, perhaps that should be their weakness! Now...bleeds are worthless and gives a TKA more time to kill us...This bleed cut is by far...a poor thing a dev could add to this game...it should be removed instantly...
