Here is a sceenshot:

I looted this and was kind of disappointed that it just isn't on par with some stuff out there from what I've seen. I believe too many of the alloted upgrade mods went into the skill bonuses and wound chance. It does give an insite onto what make something legendary or exceptional. I've looted quite a bit of stuff and from what I gather, a looted weapon will have base stats. Then, weapon upgrades are applied, each having a certain "power" and seem to be randomly placed amoung the stats. Once a weapon has so many upgrades applied, it becomes exceptional, a few more and it becomes legendary.

Have you tried to hit someone with it? I'm curious as to how many wounds it causes per hit

Should be awesome in PvP no healing those mind wounds

Shame the damage isn't higher but with a lucky slice and a good powerup that could be a very scary PvP weapon

1.0 speed

neglectable HAM costs

decent max damage

+25 block

seems pretty nice imo

A master swordsman has a speed modifier of +75 so by my calculations, without skill tapes, and using your best attack which has a 2.5 time modifier on it. Then you would need a weapon that was no slower than 1.6 to hit once a sec. I believe most of your weapons are slower than that, around 3 or so.

i.e. 1.6 x 2.5 x .25 = 1

Only problem is BLOCK is not a 2H defense....Counterattack is! DOH!

I think the Ham Cost and wound Chance are what makes this one Shine. You could mind hit all day long with no problem. Odd with the Block being on there. Still a Nice Piece none the less.

Speed is excellent, Damage is good, Wound Chance is excellent, Accuracy is good, Special Cost is excellent. The only thing that needs is a damage slice. Overall I think that is an exceptional weapon.

here is my take on it:

i would say its fairly subpar

any master swordsman can cap with a 2 hand axe so the 1 spd isn't thaaaaaaaaaaat amazing. maybe for a grinder?

block is fairly worthless for a swordsman - you might block 1 in a a few thousand hits since block isn't a skill we have.

berzerk is fairly worthless - maybe for a grinder?

dmg is decent..........though my 2 hand axe is like 160-244 - so i could beat that with a PU easily.

ham cost is great but if you're buffed ham costs are pointless - not many people worry with ham.

it WOULD Be a good weapon to use unbuffed.

but the real kicker is my crafted one is +22 to all ranges making it much more effective.

the wound is the best part.........though im not sure how that would play out in combat.........i know cleavers have a 45 wound chance or so (maybe 54) which is about half? and it doesn't do any significant dmg that would cripple a targets ability to fight. so double that might be pretty good but not earth shaking.

i've never used one that high so i dont know - just used a cleaver with close to 50.

so i don't know.....for a grinder it would be excellent.....for pve it would be a good weapon - though a scythe would be better. for pvp you wouldn't do much since it is kinetic and has lower accuracy than a crafted one.

i wouldn't use it really - maybe put it on the wall?

not trying to flame - just giving my estimations as a master swordsman who has been around and tried all our weapons.

i think the loot table is screwy and this should be exceptional at best.

yeah, don't know why the rifle and axe is equiped at the same time, You should have seen this one time this guy in our group was doing powerhammer moves but his toon still showed him holding a t21. Pretty funny to see someone getting beat over the head with a rifle. lol
