ok i have been killing all npcs that i can find.
is there a certain type of npc skill wise that might drop more
any tips and hints...

okay first off it's very rare. most the time it been looted from a NS elder.

ok really stupid question but when was the force takin awat from them as ive fought them and they are still useing force power on me

The force powers were gone in publish 7 and will be back in 8, if your getting hit with force powers now are you sure that isnt a player jedi your swinging at ? =P
Dath would probably be your best bet for finding exceptional loot.... Rancors or nightsisters (the singing mountain clan must be damn poor because they don't drop anything nice)

my bud got an exceptional 2h axe off of a protector her thinks (he can't solo a elder so that must be it), and it has a wicked poison dot about 170 str for 270 dur and 27000 charges (god damn)

force powers are still live, rare as hell, got lighting on my bike once and me hit with something.
wanna know the secret, look for the ns wielding the weapons. again though over hudnredes of killed and it happened twice

NS haven't used force powers on me since that last patch, EVER. But back to the topic. I've gotten 3 exceptional weapons from nightsisters at approximately a 1:1000 ratio. All of which weren't what I'd call exceptional, except for maybe the cdef 
.

They can occaisonally use force power still, I have only seen it once when I was fighting 2 elders. They both unleashed force powers on me just about wiped out all 3 bars then they up and disappeared. Probably trying to avoid that jedi tef.
