was lucky enough to get a set of 7 yellows. so crafted cores, yellow cubes no solidifying toothpaste. 34% damage slice.

I like making scythes. Fun.

They are in demand, especially high damage sliced ones. That's why I posted it on the forums, so people that wanted one would knowabout it.

I'm pretty sure there is no list of items you are allowed to sell on the trade forums either.

yes scythes are in demand and they are occaisionaly auctioned off on farstar aswell. i dont see anything wrong with it.

I have never once been impressed with scythes until now. They seem to be a bit faster, yes. But, other than that, they seem to have no advantage over the power hammers. And, as we move up in the tree, our two handed speed jumps fairly drastically. So, there's no real reason to have a scythe that I can tell...other than looks and maybe a tad extra speed. I guess, not until now at least. That is an incredibly sweet scythe. That would be one that I would be proud to wield.

I'm very impressed. I just wish these were easier to make/come by.

The only advantages the scythe has is damage type. Certain mobs, like Acklay, have less resistance to kinetic than they do blast. You also can cap with the scythe a lot faster than with the hammer.

One of the main reasons to have a scythe is because there are a few creatures/npcs in the game that are 100% resistant to blast.

I knew there had to be some reason for it. I knew it. I knew it couldn't be its damage rating or its speed. Couldn't be. Now, I know. The Scythe does blast damage, huh? Now that is a nice weapon...esp for Nightsisters.
