a week ago i was getting like 7-10 AA's per buff. this weekend i did 3 buff sessions worth of aakuans didnt get one attachment....nice loot though thats what ive been looking for.

Same here i made 5-10 AA per buff session last week, and this week no AA, guess its completely random...

Quick question on the Aakuans...
Which Aakuans do you speak of when you say "hunting Aakuans"?
There is a POI "Aakuan Champions Cave" on Talus, but its mostly empty, and if its not its slaughtered in 5 mins
and doesnt respawn at all in like 30 mins. Also I never saw an Aakuan Champion there.
There are also Missions for "Aakuan Champions Camps" there, but they only pay 7500 creds per mission
and I never saw an Aakuan champion there either.
So what exactly do you mean by "hunting Aakuans"?

Figured since i had finally mastered BH id go try out the Akauna champ missions on Talus. Never guess what i got on my first champion kill
2 handed speed +6 Damn near fell outta my chair My swordsman/doc character gonna love it

PS also got pistol accuracy +6 and intimidation +5 along with a ring and assorted clothing. Not to shabby for about 2 hours hunting

Aakuans?
cool looting, i looted a +6 carbine speed tape from an Aakuan defender i think, i was out tryng to get two handed tapes too

Ok first you get into a solo group, head to talus. I chose dearic since the terrian is flat. The missions are around 8500-8700 in pay. Your looking for something like "A large akuana champion camp" Get two missions within 500m of the same direction.
Next fly out to the first mission kill everyone there. Do not blow up the base. Fly to the second one, again kill everyone and Do not blow up the base. Return to the first and tada they have respawned. Repeat this as many times as you can (mission will go incomplete eventually).
Few things ive noticed A champion doesnt always spawn even though its a Champion mission. If there isnt a Champion when you first arrive no champions will spawn at that mission ever. Ive only looted armor attachments off of the Champions.

PS Im on Tarq server, and no you cant have it. Damn my luck our best ever herb meat spawned on Lok so ill be spending the next few days harvesting the crap out of that instead of searching for more attachments

wowza thats nice... i picked up the ring, shirt, robe and a pistol AA (aiming 1, accuracy while moving 2) in my last buff session... the pistol AA will end up on the trade forums after i get a few more things to put up with it.
Aa'kuans are grea, at least until i can afford to take the armor damage the NS put out

This is false. I have yet to have a buff session go by without getting at least one attachment. Many times I have looted attachments, clothing or armor, off of non champions. Although it is rare, the only ones I have are off of the higher end lower ones. I.E. Defenders.
