I for one have done many things as a swordsman, but when i took 2 rebels, a novice commando and novice BH, (not knowing of any other skills they had aqcuired) very easily, only getting hit once and what a graze of a bullet it was. I myself was so proud to be standing, the 2 i had killed were very polite and telled me how amazing that was. Pls stop the whining of commandos and BH's, this could happen to you too. All beware the lone swordsman.

well, u were inside, only possibility.

can u tell us which move u used to keep them all around u,
what building u were in, and how u killed a bh before he got any shots off on u.

personally i do believe u, and ave killed bh's too, and commandoes, but not multiple.

o and ive never wined, just for the record. i have posted on both the bh and commandoe forums, in support. but i do think that eyeshot should be moved to either master or investigation 3, so only true bh's will get it.

I think he is telling us his dream. That or he found a way to lock the door. Yesterday I was running a faction mission buffed to the max I was taken down in 3 shots from a bounty hunter. I never had a chance to breath.

Well just the other day I was in a med center on tatooine with a few friends. The whole place turned into a PvP battleground and meds were getting all the xp. LOL

Anyways...

I took on a commando and started to duel. It was a looooong duel but I finally won. I got the commando on an incapp. It was extremely close and fun. He sent me a /tell saying what a good match it was. I was wearing full composite armor which blocked a lot of his attacks. Plus I am a medic and goes to say that I would be lost without that skill. I don't think i could do anything if it wasnt for having a medic skill.

I first did Area attacks and spammed 2handhit2, followed by sweep and same pattern. Felt great oh and for some of you who like to ask. He wasnt a novice commando; he had some skills as well.

Best I have done was 2 novice gunfightersand a medicon open ground after i bursted so its not impossible to beat guns but its hard to see how a swordsman could beat a BH and commando after patch. maybe they were super lagging? well if you did more power too you. Keep representing this proud profession.

No...its true. We swordsman can mess some folks up.

Personally...my PVP experiences are so hectic I have no clue what the people are I'm Killin. But I do know this... A flamethrower hurts, but when I smack that guy with my hammer for 3k mind damage it ends things real quick. Also being a master ranger with improved burst run means I can bash a lot o folks quick before I slow down. Granted we need to be in a tight area to be really effective... we swordsmen are a respected lot.

heh i should tape my pvping in bestine the way you guys talk i think youd mess your pants seeing what i do heh

Hmm, that doesn't sound right. All it takes is one special attack from a flame thower and your toast. You might not die off the bat, but 8 ticks of 200-400 damage = 1,600 - 3,200 damage. Sure you could heal a few times. However, the 150-200 wound damage with each tick leaves you at 1,200 - 1,600 wound damage.

FACT IS! once you on fire you WILL get incapped. unless you run to the water, of couse you could kill him, DB... RUN LIKE HELL and fall incapped where he won't find you. Wake up, heal your wounds and try to put out the fire in five minutes before the burning starts again.

I did beat a medic and a commando one time, in the basement of my guildhall.

The commando did a flame DOT and then switched to brawling, which was probably a bad idea on his part. I had doctor buffs, so I incap'd the commando and killed the medic with all mind hits. Unfortunately the commando got back up and finished me off before I had a chance to DB him.

The bottom line is they were nice enough to stand still and attack me from 1 foot away like good little lemmings. People who just run around even a little bit turn out to be impossible to fight.

hello all. Just checked up on this, sorry for all the disbelievers but it actually happened, and if you dont believe why waste your time visiting this professions forums. luck was in my corner that day i believe, so far the only problem i see with this profession is other brawlers and pistoleers. Another thing is that i rarely pick fights with marksmen but when it comes to that i feel that having a friend might be a good thing. I do not overt much since imperials are outnumbered 12-1, not cool, so on this fight i appeared to have the gods in my favour, thank goodness.

Because i am a brawler, people think fighting me with a gun should be no prob, but when they miss as much as i have seen, i can come through in the end. Beware the lone swordsman. And good luck.

Believing or not believing has nothing to do with visiting these forums. Lets just say you did get lucky and do what you said. Its a 1/1000 chance. Thats the real problem. You want us to be proud of our profession when we get beat 9/10 times and its the very worst when we are alone. You wonder why people don't believe you? In any event im glad you enjoyed it. Just don't come on here and tell us to stop complaining just because you may have gotten lucky on a longshot. All melee still needs fixed, especially Pikeman..
