What are you guys favorite(s)? From Novice Brawler and up..any work =)

Actually I prefer the Cleaver and the Powerhammer. I hate having to use the stupid Powerhammer but at master level it really is the most effective weapon

yeah cleaver and power hammer. i really hate and despise the 2h sword i never liked it ever. my cleaver and my power hammer are my bestfriend.

The Cleaver doesn't do enough damage. The 2 handed Curved Sword and the Power Hammer are all that I use.

hammer is for barbarian. i prefer 2hcw.

there are countless posts on this...

there isn't a "best" weapon. Its dependent on your playstyle (aggressive/defensive), your other professions (CH, medic,ranged weapons,etc), your HAM allocation, your armor type (if any), the amount of specials you use, and how high you are the 2H tree.

Your best bet is to buy all the2H weapons and test them considering all of the above parameters.

If you don't want to be a bruiser then you should have become a fencer.

I agree with a lot of ya...the power hammer and curved are very hard to beat. It is also prudent to carry both, as one does blast dmg, the other kinetic dmg. This is something to pay attn to when you fight the creatures.....For PVP, I prefer the hammer to wound my opponents, as it really messes them up. I can switch to the curved to counteract all of the eye-shot spammers, and it works more times than not.

I read some posts yesterday about the cleaver, and decided to try one for the first time and I think the curved is still better as far as dmg, speed and the hams are not very different. If it ain't broken, don't fix it.

Sure it does, i have one that is 136-296 3.1 speed, and it easily outdmg's my 2 hand curved. The lower min dmg on the curved is what makes it inferior to the cleaver.

Theres only 2 weapons. The rest are not worth it. The 2h curved sword and the power hammer.

Really depends, right now at master I use my powerhammer a ton in PvP and to bleed in PvE. its 164-640 about, 5.4 spd. For taking down mobs the 2h curved sword is the best for me, swingat cap and have good bonuses to hit. I have a nice cleaver, butnever really got into using it. Working on getting a nice two handed axe right now, depending on how well that turns out might replace my curved. Vibroaxe is for beating on lairs for a couple hours since I dont want to waste my good weapons

That is a very good Cleaver. If I could find one with those stats I'd use it. Unfortunately, the best I've seen on Wanderhome had around 240 max damage unsliced.

I'm pretty **edit** sure a cleaver like that is sliced. 290 damage unsliced cleaver seems unrealistic.
