I almost feel sorry for the poor souls who forget to take off there helmets when they start barfing from some bad spice...

I wanted to hit the Geno cave since I am 4/4/4/2 in Swordsman. I got to Coronet to get buffed...took my armor off and hit the med center and cantina just before buffs. I get the buffs then head to Yavin. I take the 5K ride to the geno cave...I enter and head straight for the first door. I enter and see an enhanced Kwiwi. I start attacking and he kicks my butt in about 45 seconds. After he DB'ed me, I start wondering what I did wrong. Why did he kill me so quick (and why did he kill me at all). While I am sitting at the outpost wondering these things, I scroll back to look at my toon. That's when I figured out what I did wrong. When you go into battle, please remember to put your armor ON. After accepting the idiot of the night award I decided to log off. That's one thing I will remember next time!

A similar thing happened to me on my first trip to the geo labs but I WAS wearing armor.... Ubese. So in I go and get agroed by the crazed geonosians in the first room... ranged agro. Took some massive damage on the first hit so I started running back out of the cave... You can guess what happened. lol

my best geno story was a while back. went all teh way through with a friend, killed the acklay, but then had to log all the way down there somewhere, in a non-aggro corner.
i re-log teh next day and behold, im still alive. sweet i think, im not gonna die here today! i powerboost, center and then burst run. it was insane and exiting trying to keep myself healed and navigate out as quick as possible, about halfway out, i get incapped. im not dying here today, this is working too good, FoW, and keep runnin!
so what i make it past room and room, down corridor down corridor and behold, i see the light, ive reched the 1st long ramp leadinn down! w00t i think, this is sweet, keep running and then BAM. admid the 10 ppl camping the 1st room spawn, they manage to not attack for a minute right as i get to them, and after a few shots i go down...
incap... geno walks over.. db
that sucked...
but was still fun, he i almost made it =P

I once forgot to switch my armor on during a group hunt when i didn't notice i was aggroed, died a quick death. I've stopped the practice of using the armor macro, I don't pay enough attention to my own ham as a CM and it's one thing i don't want to have to worry about.
I've died a lot lately from forgetting to put my helmet back on. I'll take it off while working the lair or biking to regen a bit, then forget to put it back on and end up incapped before i'm even aware i'm in danger.

I headed out there this morning, right when i woke up. one th ing i didnt knwo was that once things spawn, thing just keep spawning. the only way to get reid of them is to kill them. so i walk right in there and get owned by about 30 droids, kwis, and everything else thats in there. it was sad.

I met up with a guy I did not know at the entrance once, we both were going to try to get in. He said that he would run up and tank them while I shot, and I thought that sounded like a good plan. So, he runs in and starts swinging, goes down in about 7 seconds and then the come for me, we both die. I get a tell with him saying "Oh man, forgot to equip my sword, went in there unarmoed LOL, sorry man!"
So, please always remember to not only wear armor, but equip your weapon before engaging the enemy!
