good advice here's a few more tips;

parwin cake. Kills kiters.

looping macro's pvp will get you killed. I also look out when my oppeant is using cob, give it five seconds when it begins to flash and then KD them. if they have it looped they are screwed.

I like to save KDs for when they have very little action left as well. hit them when they have 5-10% action and they won't get up until it's at 25% then they'll be still left with no action since they used it in the recovery. You catch them when they're Cob is blinking and they are out of action and they are as good as dead.

remember melee hit is greater than all. I open with armour break and crippling strike then it's melee hit till I see what I can do. If I'm causing alot of damage with melee hit it's time to open up on my full attacks. If they are coping with damage then I save my action till they are out of theirs.

don't take ale before the fight starts, take it just before you begin you're heavy attacks.

Many vs many.

Usualy the first attack Jedi use is AB and chances are someone will have KDed and rooted them, no need for me to waste mine then, I can open up with my full damaging attacks, maybe crippling strike or scatter hit if they are wearing arms since they're armour rating is reduced to that of their arms.

make sure only one person is doing the deathblows, n point of having 5 of you trying to get the kill.

Foods:

Its good to use many differnt accuracy/action regen./mind regen foods.

Good Foods to use!

Blob Candy - ACTION regen (not mind) 180 for an hour

Spice Tea - MIND regen 180 for about an hour
Caf - Gives you extra health (150+) And Mind Regen (About 100+) Lasts for about an hour

Ruby Bliel - Use Only Afterusing a stim(Decreases stimpack time by about 30)

Now when you are expecting a battle shortly these are the ones I take:

Gruuvan Shaal - +185 Health, +200 Health Regen, lasts 20m, 33fill(food)

Crispic - +80Melee Acc., +40 ranged acc., lasts 14 minutes, 16fill(food)

Vegeparsine - +97 Melee Defense, lasts 15 minutes, 26 fill(food)

Spot and Situational Uses:

Synthsteak - mitigation (dmg reduction) 43, duration 37 secs (can be up to a minute) filling 28 (food)

Coriellan Ale - Gives you +200 Melee accuracy NOTE: Use only Before a fight , Lasts for about 50 Seconds!

Spice:

Booster Blue: -20% Health Regen. (Doesnt help) +20% Action Regen (Helps alot!) +20 Mind Regen (Helps alot!) +20% Health (about 300Extra health)

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER SPICE

Macros:

CoB Macro: Name the macro: center

/centerofbeing;

/pause 40;

/macro center;

Attacks:

Good To Start Out By Taking Your Foods + Spice (Use Coriellan Ale Last)

1 on 1 Fight: Use Things Attacks in this order

1: Armor Break

2: Knockdown

3: Critical Hit

4: Head hit

And So on! Try not using up all your action to quick! Make room for mistakes! (Knockdowns and so on)

Good Thing to do while action is Regenerating is use Melee Hit (Uses No Action!)

More Will be added soon!

I start out with using:

Blob Candy - around 150-200 Mind Regen For about an hour

Caf - Gives you extra health (150+) And Mind Regen (About 100+) Lasts for about an hour

Ruby Bliel - Use Only Afterusing a stim(Decreases stimpack time by about 30)

Coriellan Ale - Gives you +200 Melee accuracy NOTE: Use only Before a fight , Lasts for about 50 Seconds!

Melee/Ranged Foods

all in all a pretty good start, here's a list of what I keep handy and what I use most often and when to use them.

Blob Candy - ACTION regen (not mind) 180 for an hour

Spice Tea - MIND regen 180 for about an hour

These 2 I constantly haveactive at any time I think I might fight anything.

Spot and Situational Uses:

Synthsteak - mitigation (dmg reduction) 43, duration 37 secs (can be up to a minute) filling 28 (food)

Corellian Ale - +200 Melee Acc., lasts 1m, filling 16 (drink)

Spice:

Booster Blue: -20% Health Regen. (Doesnt help) +20% Action Regen (Helps alot!) +20 Mind Regen (Helps alot!) +20% Health (about 300Extra health)

DO NOT USE ANY OTHER SPICE I agree

Macros:

CoB Macro: Name the macro: center

/centerofbeing;

/pause 40;

/macro center;

I don't suggest macroing this in a loop mainly because you should expect to be knocked down a lot plus you have to be standing still in order to do it. Can make it real tricky, if you do loop it make sure you have access to /dump regularly.

Attacks:

Good To Start Out By Taking Your Foods + Spice (Use Coriellan Ale Last)

1 on 1 Fight: Use Things Attacks in this order

1: Armor Break

2: Knockdown

3: Critical Hit

4: Head hit

(Than Repeat Step 3 & 4 Until Action Runs out)

Good Thing to do while action is Regenerating is use Melee Hit (Uses No Action!)Mostly good advice, but I wouldn't recommend using up your action so fast to start the fight. A more sound plan would be to AB KD and then use maybe one critical and the rest melee hit to start to wear them down. Ideally you want to have an AB on and KD them once their health gets close to halfway that way once you get them kd'd you will have most of your action still built up and be prepared to put in the final blows. Against non healers it's not as much of an issue, often times you can just do what you suggest and get the win right off the bat.

This is a good post and has some good information, let's see if we can get some more people to share their strategies and tricks of the trade.

Power attack is a great move to use right after a kd. They're stuck on the ground so it's guaranteed to go off. If they can't heal then ab, kd, power attack, critical strike, and head hit and they should be dead. If they can heal then it'll be a battle to see who can conserve mind and action the longest so make sure you have a hammer or w/e weapon you use with really low sac.

Critical Hit , Hits harder , and no Timer. Also a better chance of getting a *CRITICAL* Attack. (Hits harder!)

I thought crippling strike (fencer) only did a +snare+ on them ? does it also degenerate action?

Well When Using Center Macro , It will not interfeer with knockdown recovery (Will not let you use CoB Will knocked down) So you have no woories. I suggest using it , only If needed.

Thanks for the reply!

Keep on Posting.

It's not the KD recovery that I worry about getting messed up. It's when you are unable to execute your cob for some reason (i.e. kd'd or moving) What happens then is you put it on once you are able to of course, and then you've got 2 macro's going and it might mess you up during the fight cob'ing when you don't have to and sacrificing an attack round. If you loop it maybe you could put /dump at the beginning of the macro that way it will clear out any other macro running if this is the only one you are looping. I may even try that one myself now that I think about it.
