Im mastered swordsman just so i could solo night sisters that 100 to energy.... im master rifles/master brawler/master swordsman/ i got owned by a protector and a sentinal.... i used a 750 dmg ph... i don't get it

I forgot to mention i had 80 kin armor 70 base armor on to..... and the ns didn't have stun batons

Maybe it's really because you blow, and don't know how to play for sh!t.
Just because you have a nice template and decent weapon, doesn't mean you become god. grow up. 80/70% base isn't going to get it done in most cases anyways, you need 85-90 base, plus synth for a little extra help. Use strategy, this game isn't supposed to be where you can rampage through everything. This morning I got killed by an Elder, after she hit me for 4k+ damage three successive times. I have a good template, 90% armor, an 800 max T21, and had 4.5k HAMs, plus 52% synthsteak. It happens. Perhaps instead of saying this game f*cking blows, why don't you ask for help, describe what happenned, the combat log, and perhaps someone would help.

It simple. joo a n00b shut up and try agian, if you get killed by a protector/sentinel then maybe you suck? Are you speed capped, probaly not, maybe you should get speed capped first and don't complain to us, since we don't care.

NS are hitting armor holes, that should explain any massive damage you take. alsoyou need to be speedcapped.
also, you don't NEED synthsteak, it doesn't last long anyway.
also, you should get 2040 medic at least. i'd say drop rifleman because it's just fluff really with an MBrawler/Mswordsman Template.

Mswordsman - obvious
4000 TKA - get rid of your wounds + powerboost for extended fighting
Ndoc - state heals plus really fast stims and firstaids
Mmedic
+7 FS skills of your choice.

on the one hand, dont expect that by having your 700+ hammer and master swords to grant you elder-bashing status
on the other hand, you dont need synthsteak, 90% armour or a stacking template to beat elders either.
i was soloing elders as a wookiee (so i never get more than 80% protection) Master Droid Engineer and Master Swordsman, and although the result was never "guaranteed" (i did lose and die a few times), i found it quite possible, even if it took me 20-30mins.
simple points:
1. get medic, at least first aid 2 to cure bleeds
2. check your armour before you go in... number of times i've died cos my armour ran out of condition... *sigh*
3. KNOW YOUR PROFESSION!!! how many melee people i've run into who didnt know what centre of being did. or what that "intimidate" thing is. everyone grinds straight up to master, without knowing the first thing about their profession. did you know that Mind Hit 2 puts a nice bleed on your elder? that intimidate halves her rate of attack and causes lower damage? that warcry is a godsend when you need to heal your bleeds?
in the end, analyse what went wrong, why you died, and learn from it. xp doesnt just exist in the game, it exists with you as well.. its called learning from experience. understand why you died and change the way you fight to prevent it in the future.

see what you are talking about when you say know your profession is effort... and sadly most people don't feel like trying they want someone else to build thier template and someone else to tell them how to use it.......

The ns also could have had power hammers which have medium ap I'm pretty sure and ns bleed can also be very nasty. I've gotten bleeds that do as high as 1400+ dmg.

with full armor some alright weapons and using intimidate and center of being u should be able to jus sit there and wack away, i've noticed most poeple don't but i say add on abouts 5 intimidates to each nightsister, then jus spam headhit 3, healing when needed and u should be good to go

im tkm master brawler and master swords 3340 medic
here is how i soloed my first elder landed intimidate 2 right off the bat centered had 2 brandy+ ent buffs 2500buffspowerboost b4 engageing if i get in trouble i hit warcry2 pop a vercupti and heal then go back at it i used mindhit 1 and 2 and then headhit3 killed elder got a pretty metal band
but im not speed capped and only have a 645 max ph
