Has the best combination of Defence I've ever seen. With Medic Techniques 4 you can use Quick Heal. Even though this cause major dmg to the mind, you can heal it with TKA meditation. Now, I may be wrong, but I believe Quick Heal is instant, and is not affected by the amount of Injury Treatment Speed you have. This means you have Excellent dodge + Counter attack abilitys. If you get hit, it will deal extremely low dmg. If in some situation you are low on health, you can use Quick Heal, and Meditate heals the wounds you receive.
A Few Stats: Melee Defence- 141
Ranged Defence- 119
Defence v Dizzy- 60
Defence v Knockdown- 75
Defence v Posture change Down- 60
Defence v Stun- 50
Defence v Blind- 50
Defence v Intimidate- 40
Defence Acuity- 56
Dodge- 90
CounterAttack- 110
Because of Master Brawler, this template can also use Warcry 2 and Intimidate 2. If you want to explain how this template could get any better, or a better template all together, dont hesitate to do so.
(Before you say so, this template is in no way better than a jedi template)

IMO i dont see it any better, just more leaning to the state defenses, while at that you lack Ranged and Melee defenes.
Ranged def and melee def only work well against low end npcs. Wont help against other pvpers or ns etc. So better to put skill points into state defence. Cob macro will mean counterattack will stop a lot of hits anyway.

You do have a point there, but for Fencer i suggest 0400 because KD defense is better than the other states, but thats IMO, these both are really good templates.

first off, i dont want this to sound like a flame, so im just gonna add my thought that any all melee defense oriented template will be stated fairly quickly, and then put on the ground, incapped and then db'd, in short order.

50 vs blind? lol
50 vs stun? lol
60 vs dizzy? lol
75 vs kd? haha
60 vs pc? lol
40 vs intimidate? doesnt work so doesnt matter.
you arent gonna be using too much fencer or tka (unless maybe to put some states on), so dodge and defense acuity (does defense acuity even work?)aint gonna serve to big a roll.
good luck with that ranged and melee defense... itll be around 30% or so in a few seconds, as will your damage output.
the pikeman or pistoleer lines are extremely usefull, since you get extra defense vs stun. once you get a high enough defense vs stun that means youll only ever be working with a 50% reduction to defenses and damage output, which is a great deal more effective than being both intimidated and stunned.
also, to keep that damage being doled out steadily you want high defense vs blind. i suggest you get those defenses up to 95+ before looking at anything else when considering a defense template.
