CH is becoming wayyyyyyy too common now so I decided to throw a wrench in the mix:
Exploration 4
Hunting 4
Survival 4
Novice CH (management 1 till i run out of points)
Master Unarmed
Master TKA
Master Ranged Support
Master Squad Leader.
Only reason I'm keeping CH in the template is I can't give up my pet I have fully grown =P I don't care if I get SL xp with it or not.
Now correct me if I'm wrong, but SL actually seems like the proffession I fall into in every single MMO... the Bard. Anyone who's played EQ/UO/DAoC and also SL agree here?

My template is going to be:
Squad leader: Leadership IV, Tactics IV
TKA: Power IV, Precision IV, Balance I
Rifleman: Master Concelment IV, Special Abilities IV
Marksman: Master Rifleman Specialist, Ranged Support Specialist
Brawler: Master Unarmed Specialist
Scout: Exploration IV, Survival IV, Harvesting IV
Chreature Handler: Creature Management I
I figure this will give me around +66 to ranged defense and +79 to melee defense. I can group with my critters and send them into attack. I can use the best rifle possible and stay hidden but if the enemy comes to me then I can fight back hand to hand without a problem.
Thought's? Ideas?
I think you only get the bonuses from rifle or TKA defensive abilities when you are armed with the appropriate weapon (ie you only get melee defense from TKA skills if you are unarmed/using knucklers).
Don't quote me on that though.

Sounds like a solo template to me.
If you're grouping, you can't pass up on /volleyfire in Strategy III.
Nope I worked it this way so that you do get the bonus.
If it says for instance: Rifle Melee Defense +2 Then when you have your rifle equiped you would only get the bonus.
If it says for instance: Melee Defense +2 Then you get the bonus anytime. ![]()
The TKA has a couple that are Unarmed Toughness +(number) and then Toughness +(number) you would only get the bonus when your not armed to the first example but get the bonus anytime to the second.
