I can;t find this anywhere. How does a SL level up? Is it all based on combat XP?

You get SL exp when:

1. You are the leader of a team.
2. You kill something with your team.

The amount of squad leader xp you get is similar to the amount of general combat xp you get.

SL XP = Combat XP * size of group * 2

any idea if there are any plans to change this formula to make a support SL more viable (ie medic + sl)
