Maxed combat xp prevents players from earning squad leader xp
- Workaround - Spend your combat xp on another skill tree, then you will start getting squad leader xp
Passive Squad Leader abilities frequently don't work unless you form the squad (/makeleader means no passives)

/boostmorale - Pets do not give or receive wounds, but are counted in the initial calculation for distributing wounds. Reported fixed, require confirmation. Reports of stamina wounds coming from nowhere, possibly related to pets with low vitality.

Please continue posting your new bugs and updates here, hopefully this will be a dev-ready list when theyget around tofixing us.
I have also noticed that Group Terrain Negotiate hasn't worked for group mates since the WONDERFUL Oct 10th and equaly awe inspiring Oct 14th patch. It does however, work for me as I can scoot accross the ground while prone at fullspeed. I also suspect that the melee and ranged D bonuses do not work for the group, but do for me. I can tank like always, but others seem to be getting tore up more than usual if they tank. Of course, there is no way to confirm themelee/ranged bonuses, just a suspicion.
"As far as I know, none of the SL commands are supposed to work on pets. The last patch made note that the /boostmoral command was 'fixed' to NOT consider pets because this was viewed as an exploit by the game designers and developers."

So the idea of being a Rebel or Imp SL with good Faction Troops won't work well for SL's... too bad. SL abilities not effecting Droids or Animal Pets I can see, but if you have military troops, and you're a SL, the benafits really should effect that type of pet.
Perhaps SL's can have additional Faction Pets? hrmmmm? That sounds like a good idea, and a way to make the Prof more useful. We can lead larger groups better, so giving SL's more Faction Pets sounds like a viable idea... AT-ST's excluded, or it'd really unbalance the system.
Say 5 Troops... that sounds about right! And 5 of even the best troops around aren't going to out-do a pair of Grauls, Rancors, or even *gulps* a pair of AT-ST's... So a balance is maintaned.
Getting ahead of things, yeah, and not likely anyone will even see this idea, but hey, it's out there now if it hasn't been already.
Without getting too far off topic, yes squad leader skills do appear to be meant to work with faction pets.
Some folks are getting in the habit of saying "pets" without distinguishing between faction pets and otherwise. As far as this profession is concerned, there is a rather large difference.

This is the list I compiled. See if any of it is missing on your list or if anything is missiong from mine. In case you haven't noticed, I've almost made it my sig. I plan on pasting it everywhere I see a dev responce, regardless of what forum it is or who they were responding to. I don't care if I get banned, the only punishment they could come up with is making me keep SL as it is right now.
Squad leader bugs
1) Passive bonuses (+ ranged and melee defence) – Do not always work when you are invited to a group and then the leader targets you and /makeleader you

a. Broken since Oct 10th patch. Just gives the message “You must be the group leader to perform this action” This happens if you made the group, joined the group and someone /makeleader you, if the group is just you and your pets, and even if the group is just PCs. There is no work around for this problem, logging out and relogging does not fix it, rebooting does not fix it, /q rebooting and reloging does not fix it.
b. When it was working it had a failure rate of around 75% and still used up your HAM
c. When it was working no one could harvest or sample when Rallied
d. When it was working, a medic could not /dragincapaciatedplayer when rallied
e. When rallied you can't open a ticket, sit down, or burst run.

4) /boostmoral can cause additional wounds to stamina if there is a pet in the group who has vitality wounds. This does not always happen but is repeatable. It seems as if Pets do not give or recieve wounds but are counted in the initial calulation for distributing wounds.
5) /formup:

b. when it was working it did not work on Creature handler pets
6) /retreat - does not affect squad leader. This may be working as intended but is well, stupid.
7) we Squad leaders aren't sure but it appears that our passive bonuses ( group terain navigation, melee and ranged defennce) are not working since the patch on oct 10th. We easily outdistance party members and people have been complaining that they see no difference in the amount of hits they take.
Squad leader issues that are not bug related
1) We never got a response to our FIRST corrospondant report from the DEVS.
2) We never got a response to our SECOND corrospondant report from the DEVS.
3) We have had ZERO fixes since DAY ONE
4) Whats the point of giving your group added Terrain navigation when almost every class gets it. Recently Combat medics were given this skill.
Looks like our lists are covering all the same stuff Iruc. Vem's response regarding /retreat indicated that it's not supposed to affect the Squad Leader, so I removed that from the bug list. The popular response to whether Creature Handler pets should be affected by any Squad Leader abilities is no. Makes enough sense to me, I won't argue it.
As far as SL issues, I'm leaving those off this list for simplicities' sake. Should probably be easier to get them to fix bugs than tweak the profession.
