its posible that you've maxed out on combate XP, you only get SL XP depending on how much combate XP you get while grouped, and i think theres a bug that when you reach the combate XP cap you no longer get SL XP. and it does need to be fixed but i just thought you might like to know this is a posible reason why your not getting SL XP

I take that back. Everything works but, my experince bar... It's still capped.. Though I am getting more than 1 combat experince now.
