Personaly, since I get SL xp so slowly. Next to my 'puterI keep a little printed up grid excel sheet that has a list of what my next possible bonuses are and I put a line next to each one that would have been useful.
Since I got /rally I have two that are at a dead tie, group terrain navigation and Ranged defence +10. So I posed the question to my guild and the overwhelming responce was that they would prefer that I get Ranged Defence before anything and then Melee defence before anything.
If I were you I would think about what you need the most. My groups typically have several CH and one good TKA that can handle any Melee and most of us have scout terrain nav therefor our vunrability is Ranged weps. If your groups have a lot of slow people, you probably want group terrain nav. If you mainly fight PvP, ranged defence (last tree on the right) is definitly the way to go. PvE, the 3rd tree from L to R is the way to go for the Melee defence bonuses.
All of our passives are working, We're just not sure how well they work. I think our passives are much more effective when we use our skills like /rally. But I won't know for sure untill I get the real equasion behind /rally.
