I am a new squad leader how do I do my part in base shutdowns.

When everything else is done, touch the main HQ terminal.

Actually, when all the other terminals are done you have to use the "Activate Overload" option on the terminal's radial. Just touching it won't do anything..

although if you touch it before the other terminals are done, you get a message about "You must first deactivate the other terminals"
