Thread: Boost Morale only seems to affect Health and Action

It does not seem to affect the secondaries or mind. Is this documented, as intended or a goof?

I have used Boost as of a few days ago of posting this and it worked on all three HAM bars. I did not take the time to check secondaries. It might not have showen right away on your HAM but it does work.
