you must be grouped... (though a pet or a droid will count)

At least for now it does. Group TN SEA didn't used to work unless you were also SL. This may be a bug (that it does work now) and may change in the future.

from SEA's yes it is the same for all attachments +25
this of course goes on top of the profession granted skill
