Well my account will be ending soon due to me wanting to prepare for college life. It has been a long road for the squad leaders, I'm glad I have been one and enjoyed every minute of it. As the longest running SL that still exists on Kauri, I salute my fellow brothers and sisters. I hope the devs finally get around to fixing you. We have had many good ideas that they can use as a baseline. Work with Darth_Sushi and start getting organized, compile the lists of the ideas mentioned and find out what the community wants most from this.
I may return somedaycause all I have wanted since launch was a working GCW and a fleshed out SL profession. Now I prepare to take video game design in college, i'll be sure to not make the same mistakes that these devs have when I finally get into the industry.

*sigh* A good man leaving.
While i wish you wouldn't leave, i can understand your reasoning.
(During my studies i saw numerous people failing due to online roleplaying games... a real threat. I wish you good success...
Hope you find out that you can handle things well and manage to make your return.

Its going to be busy for me which is the main reason. I really hope that SLs can get the waypoints, radar jamming, raiding party function that I believe many of us truly support. From what I gather the devs have no idea what to do with us. You marines have to make it clear to them that we know what we want from them. Over the months there have been a ton of useful ideas, many of which I supported dearly and some I opposed.
If you were to match the SL with say a fantasy MMO, it would closely resemble a bard in a way. Instead of the songs though perhaps SLs could have pep talks or battle calls. One thing that I don't think is needed anymore though is the fortifacations. Over the months camps in general have just become obsolete. If anything I think the rangers deserve to have these since they are also lacking just like us.
