Squad Leader Archive

So I meet some guildies at the Geo cave today, and they refuse to give me the pink name. Apparently there is a nasty rumer going around that having a Squad Leader lead the group causes the group never to get looting rights.

Is this true?

was in there getting a friend SL and i had so much loot i was destroying stuff. i was even told that i was now the official guild loot ninja. hehe

FALSE...led a guild hunt htere ealier and i only looted once

guildies however got like 4 sonic blasters

This is false, but I know from where the rumor started and it whould be beneficial for you to know. I was on a group hunt where we were trying to level uptwo novice sl. While on sl was running to be trained, we would switch the other one to leader. Using the /makeleader command to switch between leaders can screw up harvest and loot rights. This is not specific to squad leaders. This can happen with any group leader. The problem became noticed 2 patches ago. The condition can be resolved by disbanding the group and rejoining the players.
