I agree... I've started SL as part of my badge/holo grind and well, it's disappointing.

No SLs out there really, for me to learn from (ie: best practices).

I thought that it would be kind of nice to become a squad leader, well guess what, i was wrong. We are under appreciated. Our skills definitely help groups, but everyone is so quick to blame a squadleader for the shortcomings of a group. Another problem that i have found is that squadleaders take a while to get their xp if they dont hunt in the right areas. Overall i guess the profession isnt bad, just the lack of respect people give us. Is it just me or does anyone else get that too?
