Well.. rally does absolutely nothing. Maybe it always did nothing, but now you don't even get the "you rally the group" message.

Formup.. well I'm sure it does something but telling whether or not anyone in your group is dizzy is.. tricky. A full group pulls away about 2/5 of your mind+action when used, so there is no way you're going to be spamming this against major mobs like ancient krayts that kd/dizzy constantly.

Boost morale I haven't had a chance to try, since noone in my group ever dies or endures lastingwounds at all. Thanks lickingfrogs!

/sys works, and is still source of cruel jokes.

/volleyfire still isn't very useful with the diverse ranged weapons that might or might not be in range, and if everyone is within the min range of 35m, people are NOT happy with getting their attacks pointed somewhere they didn't want to.

It might come off as a hostile analysis, but I love sl, in spite of its skills.

So they basically didn't change anything in SL but made some of our skills harder? Well isn't that a kick in the nuts....

They were supposed to add a few skills and change others, but so far that hasn't been put in yet. Maybe irott knows more.

One of the reasons for the fall of the Roman Empire was, lacking the number 0, they had no way to indicate successful return from their C programs.

*shrug*

As it stands, SL is worse now than it was before. No Dizzy or Stun in the CU? Formup not useful. Now mind or action wounds? Boostmorale is useless. Ranged and Melee defense? Defenses don't matter much right now. New weapon certs? Certed to everyone of the appropriate CL.

The good news is I just saved a bundle on my car insurance.

I think there are more changes coming (there have to be...how couldwe get a CU that makes SL worse...as hard as thatused to seem to be). They are doing a lot of work and my hope is that means the SL stuff is taking more than they were able to put in with the initial Beta release for the CU. But that's as much as we know right now.

My only problem is not a single red name has addressed anything about SL in open forum HOC chat nowhere.

Oh, and I'd like to add to the line of kicks to the groin, that master squad leader needs 340000!!! combat experience to master.

Incidentally combat experience is capped at 300000

I hope that things will change for the better, as things always change. I remember that in the JTL beta, they were making a lot of changes on practically a daily basis. Hopefully, the final product will turn out nice, at least I'm praying that it will be.

Again my problem is there's is no conversation. I don't know if the ALPHA teams knows things that are suppose to be in here that haven't made it yet or not but really if this is all we get its seems like an awful let down.
