Thread: Where do we stand on our CU issues?

Irott, we've heard nothing for days and days about our issues with Squad Leader in the CU. Where do we stand? What is our role? I'm considering respecing out of squad leader, because it simply offers no benefit to me, or to my group.

What? The Intimidator and E5 aren't worth the mastery?
Look at all your options. We still have some time before this thing goes live so SL may end up being fixed before then. That's about the best anyone can tell you.

Well actually, no. The intimidator and E5 are NOT worth the mastery, because we have only 2 attacks. Overchargeshot and ranged hit

The Intimidator and E5 sound kinda weak compared to a T21 on TC last night after they added gun sounds. I think alot of us were hoping for a more, well, Intimidating sound from those two.

Considering that we're getting absoulutely screwed over, there isn't much activity on this forum. We need to be more active in campaigning for a solution!

Alot of us are campaigning in other forums, trying to make ourselves heard and rallying people to our cause.
Bring this to the attention of you galaxy forum, make those who rely on you know how screwed over we're becoming.
Post in the Daily Discussion, Issues, and Bug threads. Post details in the bugs thread (this command does nothing, testing has revieled this about our mods, etc).
The SL forum has always been kinda quiet, and making noise here... well, if they don't read it it won't matter, so post across the boards. If there are a dozen people who regularly group with you and you inform them of what is happening (or not happening) to us and what little benefit you can give them, thats a dozen more people who don't stop by here who can bring more noise to the table. We're Squad Leaders, let's rally a squads and make noise...

I am sorry that there has been no news.
I have only been able to push our issues on the Devs, with no return.
The main problem is that the core system of the CU is messed up which directly affects our profession and grouping. I have been campainging on that topic more readily because I think its better to treat the disease instead of the symptom.
With that said, Tiggs did get a list of my issues sent to the other devs and there has been a lot of great feedback from other Squad Leaders or part time SLs.
As soon as the devs do anything, Myself, another Correspondent or one of our great testers will get the information provided.
