Now I know it's not the most PC group orriented skill we could have but what happened to the recruitment idea? I remember we where kicking around the idea of having SL's have the ability to recruit mercs into groups. Meaning I could go around and recruit non CGW faction NPCs. I think this would give us more combat pull then we already have by giving us some class specific "pets". Since the mercs we hire would be mercs they would require maitenance payment just like structures in order for them to stay with us. As an L advanced through the tree he/she would gain + recruitment modifiers as well as a white flag skill used for approaching hostile mobs in order to recruit.

As I said I know it's not necassarily the most Player based leadership skill I think it would add some depth to our profession. In all honesty I remember we kicked it around the forums for quite some time, my only question now is, what ever happened to that idea?
