Thread: Faction Pets for Squad Leaders.
Increasing max FP's allowed to have sounds like a good ability for a SL, however (and not to debunk your idea mate, I like it) it goes against the thought that SL's are too provide goup advantages and bonuses. If only the SL's are allowed to own more FP's then it won't directly aid the rest of the group... If you are grouped with an SL and you are allowed to pull out more FP's great, but at the moment the cap of FP's you can own and use simultaneous is set at 3, there would have to be a change in the max number of FP's poss to own as well. Maybe something where when you are grouped with an SL you are allwed to call an extra FP or two (dep on lvl) and allowed to use them, but when not grouped with an SL you are no longer allowed to use the extra FP's... I guess anyways ![]()
I liked the idea of being able to call mercenaries out. Add an SL ability whereby's you press a button and say 3 extra personnel (CorSec, Drall, Jabbas, dep on your location) are added to your group and are under your command for a certain amount of time... Of course this too may go against the thought of a SL being a leader and helping evyone and not being an all powerful player class...
Hey devs can we try moving the max number of pets allowed out at a time to Squad leader skills? I play on test alot and moving the figures to Creature Handlers may be the easy way but theres already plenty of reasons to be a Master CH. But Squad Leaders could use some loving, badly, and basing max faction pets out would be a good perk for them, they need it.
I have a Master Creature Handler, and aside from getting a bit of nerfage lately were doin just fine. So maybe you could give SL's the perk instead of us. Thanks and i hope this gets changed before the current faction system leaves test server.
