Thread: SL bonuses applying?

hi guys, a short question:
as far as i remember from reading the SL faq the SL bonuses only apply when the SL actually founds the group, that means when he is the one who invites all the other members and he is the group leader.
in game situation: i am in some hunting group with 7 people. then a SL joins and becomes group leader (he tells the former group leader, hey i'm SL give me the leadership). do the bonuses apply then to the group? i mean this didnt happen just once...
