Hey guys!! In attempt to drag us along for a bit....the devs have given the following professions certs for the new Mandalorian Armor. BH, Commando's, SL, and Rangers!
Its in Thunderhearts 19 Answers post on the Live Forums.

congrats rangers .SLs and commandos too......its a small bone..but a bone nonetheless.

I thinks its really great that NOT jsut Bounty Hunters will get to use this armour. But... IDON'T think its great that Wookiees will be left out of the armour advanement
