I had a group member that had to go down to Theed to train.. They went LD while down there but where still listed as being in group.. All the kills while they where LD but still in group where getting the exp bonus as if that person was still in group and nearby..

I tested this out a bit after that.. had them in group and online but offplanet.. but it seems like the exp bonus wasnt happening.. I tried on the same planet as the rest of the group but, still, the exp bonus did not work unless they got within range.

So for some reason a group member being offline still gets you the exp bonus even though they are out of range.. to bad they drop group after 10 minutes or so lol.
