A few questions.
Who was the CSR?
What did they say to you after they found out we are unable to turn off the yells?
Rhiannon did you play EnB?

Nope never even heard of EnB lol...
And Rhiannon still has her carbines...its my other character who is a Squad Leader now

The conversation with the CSR! I read the other post bout this stuff and I really got away with it compared with that guy's warning.

The real problems I see here is (1) a few of us got a warning because of this :/ and (2), most of the CSR, I've discussed with or read about are completely out of the loop how this game runs! :/
Sure, there are a few competent ones but most of them don't know what this game is all about. They should be more knowledgeable than us but most of the time we know better.
That being said, I also understand that they are so used to jerks that they do not reactwith such friendly manners all the time. I guess that's also part of their job, so IMO SOE should definitely start to train them to make them more professional.
