Great Idea. A sort of VERY temporary assist. With each climb of the tree, you get 1 more, and they last for an extra 10-15 seconds. Master SLs could have 5 guys run in outta no-where and do minor damage, healing, etc. Just imagine how great that would befor a retreat.

in my humble opinion SL's special actions and abilities are worthless. The HAM cost is too high and it doesn't effect the group with nearly the quality and regularity I would accept. Still, Its all about the TITLE. Even the title of Novice Squad Leader means you can use the /sys command and that is the only thing I use. With a group, its all about direction. They need direction. They PINE for direction. And direction is impossible to make into a pre-set action - it calls for an accurate reading of the field, or a carefully laid out plan, or even teams within a group. That last one is my favorite bty. I love calling out something like:
/sys \#0000ff\ BLUE team \#ffffff\ proceed to wp \#00ff00\ ALPHA \#ffffff\ and attack the \#ff0000\ EASTERN BASE \#ffffff\ !!!!
That just looks sick on the screen if you ask me.
