lets say everyone in my group is out of range, do i still get xp?
reason i ask is because I do a lot of solo group hunting and was curious if i could level that way.

Well i think if you have a HUGE group and you solo that u get the bonus for having a huge group but only for YOUR kills.

You still get the Group modifier applied to your kills. But you don't get XP for any of your group's kills, unless the group member that receivedt he Combat XP is within range.

I know that the tuskan fort has been adjusted, I tried it out a few times an it seams that the exp you get thier as an SL has been pretty badly toned down. Although, I spend most of my time out on dantoonie with 6-10 guys killing the npcs in the Mokk stronghold gaining from 8k to 20k sl exp per kill, with pets inculded the group is around 12-20. Those mokks really know how to net some pretty sweet SL exp.

So tell me, what is the effective range where you will get SL xp?

You get XP for your group member's kills so long as their stats remain in your Group window. So that's somewhere around 150m, but can momentarily get as high as 400 or 500m before they go "Out of Range".

You get the multiplier applied to all your own kills all the time, regardless of range.

I receive XP when I'm grouped with my pets.
