I'm hoping he'll be swinging by soon.. Probably right as Pub9 is released..
It'ld be nice if they talked to us about what was going on.. Because if it's in Pub10, then they're preparing to push it to TC any day now...

My understanding is SL is slated for Pub 11 with the combat balance. So, according to Blair this morning Pub 9 hits june 22nd. Pub 10 would go to TC 4 weeks later (that's been the sched) tests for two weeks and hits live. Four weeks later Pub 11 hits TC, 2 weeks later goes live.
As JustG says, everything can change, but those are the recent publish patterns.

That's unfortunate.. I only have 2 months left on my membership, so I guess I'll get to miss the SL revamp...

I mean, im glad hes on the smuggler boards posting proposals and what have you there. But publish9 goes live within a week, and our revamp is still scheduled for publish 10 (or is it 11?) isnt it? and smuggler is officially pushed back until after the space expansion. So my question is why isnt he here working with us on details for the SL revamp, since it is supposed to happen much much sooner.

Pub 10 is when the combat revamp hits..right after jedi revamp..at least that what i have been reading

Yes, jedi revamp. Jedi revamp is Pub 9 and 10. Pub 10 is the quest to get jedi revamp. Pub 9 is the jedi itself revamp.

I sent a PM to greenmarine a couple of days ago asking where the SL revamp is going, well he did respond back. He stated he doens't have an idea what the SL revamp will include at this time. From him responding though i tip my hat to the man, if he truely did not care he would have just never replied.

GM isn't handling the SL revamp. He is working on JTL. The smuggler revamp is after JTL and it sounds like GM will be a part of that. I'm not sure who they have working on the SL revamp but whoever it is I'm 99% sure is currently part of the Jedi revamp team. Hopefully we hear a lot more from them when we get closer to the SL revamp.

All I have to say is they better show us documents so we could at least discuss stuff so we don't end up with some half ass revamp. SL isn't as advanced as say Jedi or Smuggler but it will have to play a more vital role post combat revamp if they will be decreasing armor, buffs which will force players to group more often. I say excellent, goodbye stupid solo groups.
