I have a idea for that long lost Leadership skill.

If you have Leadership it gives you +10 resistance to Intimidation, Fear, and other mental based attacks.

If you have Leadership and you lead a group, you give everyone in your group this defence.

Now all this game needs is stuff like moral and other psychological effects. Can any give more exsamples of some? Does War Cry just effect the person doing it or do you target someone? I would also like to see Novice SL give +10 to Leadership and Master SL give +15.
