Step 1: buff up
Step 2: consume lots of mind foods or get a musician buff
Step 3:
/retreat;
/pause however long it is.... seriously, just test this out, it isn't hard..... Start around 21 or 22 or so....;
/macro (name of your macro to make it loop);
Better yet though, go with
/retreat;
/pause 2;
/steadaim;
/pause 2;
/formup;
/pause 2;
[repeat last 4 lines until you get to the point where you need another retreat.... insert loop there]

Hello fellow SL's, a couple of my group members have been complaining about my retreat macro....is retreat faster than regular /burstrun? My macro is like /retreat /pause 10; /macro retreat.
What is the pause in yours?

personally i dont use a retreat macro, or any other Macro for SL. its a bit cheap. if they need a retreat or two i give it to them. but im not going to have a macro running when i could engage in combat too

Christ man, do you **edit** at everyone for doing nothing more than making suggestions and asking simple questions?
I use a 13 second pause in mine, haven't heard any complaints, and yeah, I think it's a bit shorter than regular burstrun.

Yeah, I use a 15 second timer, never really timed exactly how long they got burst run though, just went off of when I usually heard "hit that retreat!!" over and over in teamspeak.
I also have a bunch of /setRetreat things in there to keep myself from yelling the same thing every time.![]()

nothing personal to your group, but if it's a HAM free /burstrun , and it's a couple of seconds shorter timeing then a personal burst, but macro'ed , wots to complain about ?
You should be the one complaining, about the cost of maintaininga macro'ed /burst
