Im sorry I had to keep this information from you. But as many of you may know already, our revamp has been pushed back past the Space Expansion.

What this means:

There are both pros and cons with this delay. The con is obviously that its going to be more than 4 months before the revamp happens. But the Pro is that the entire JtLS Dev team will be free from that project and will go back to the core game. In short... GreenMarine will be able to work on this profession.

I have pretty much figured that the reason everything was being delayed so much was because of a lack of manpower. They just don't have enough devs.

Again nothing is set in stone and there is no exact date to look forward to. I will let you know more as we go along.

Well, i already canceled my account.

I cannot accept the way SOE treats it's customers.

But i wish you luck with the revamp. May it be all you ever hoped for and then some.

I won't be there to see it. But after 18 months you may finally get a working profession...

(that is US$ 270,- for getting your profession fixed).

Yeah, I sort of figured that the lack of any constructive "official" feedback on this channel wasn't because they were too busy thinking real hard about how to fix us. Don't sweat it. I've always said it makes more sense for them to fix every other busted profession first in order to give us something to work with. They'll get to it when they get to it. I'll still be here.

ridiculous...absolutely ridiculous.

SOE was good with EQ, a lot of people don't want to admit it, but they did a good job keeping that game going. Then they started this game and it turned into a peice of **edit** in 1 month. but do they fix it? nope, they are going to add more content, most of which will probably be broken itself, instead of fixing the current content.

Bravo SOE...good job, this team makes your company look like **edit**.

im tired of being lied to, tired of being miseld, and tired of all this BS. Jedi, a small % of the community.....got fixed taking up 2 full publishes.........if they hadnt of done that they would have had at least 5 months (may through september and itno october) for the dev team that still working on the ground based SWG to fix GCW, Combat, and other associated systems (us).......in FIVE months they couldnt have accomplished this?

and it seems to me theyve known this all along if they were witing for marine and others to get back.....which means theyve knowingly led the community along for the past few months.

If i wasnt leading a guild id be out of this game and they could kiss my god d@mn ass.

its the dev team and the SOE management......in a way even TH is just doin his job but he ought to know how this is going to tur out.

And mark my words right now......because its gonna ahppen and ill put down my entire life-savings plan (ye si started my investments early in life.....just 21 and have a lto of money wrapped up).......that when JTL is released itll have problems........and soem of those problems will NEED to be addressed

and so either.......

The JTL Expansion fixes will be put off so that they can do the combat revamp and GCW and get it out of the way before they worry abotu fixing JTl once they release it

OR

Theyll fix up JTL so it works properly which will postpone the GCW/Combat patches even LONGER than they are saying now.

You decide which of those is gonna happen......if your thinking number 1, that they wotn fix the expansion first........hit buzzer #2 cause they wont risk having JTL suck right after it comes out so that peopel will buy it. Lets face it folks it could be January of 2005 before we're fixed and iw ouldnt be surprised one bit if it came ture.

Ya know soemthin that really peeves me.........kind of sad actually. I wanted NOTHING other than to be a Squad Leader sinc ei was involved in beta......thats all i wanted. We've been broke since launch. I said, fine, just a slong as we r fixed by JTL, i want at least a few good SL months in b4 space hits. (Space was the reason i bought SWG in the first place...my guild is an old XvT/XWA guild). Now it looks as though by the time SL is fixed i wotn give a crap about it anymore cause, unless JTL stinks, ill be flying my ship instead of leading groups on the ground.

I gotta hand it to SOE for destroying even simple wishes like the one I just shared. Was it really too much to ask for 1 or 2 months of playing with a fixed Squad Leader before I practically give up the ground game? Guess so. And liek I said, if it wasnt for my guild, id be gone.

anywya its not your fault Irott and you shouldnt feel in anyw ay responsible or feel bad for having to keep this from us........we saw it coming and it sno shocker...SOE has always been piss poor with their service and misleading us constantly. nothing new here.

Seriously, he knows how the correspondents feel. And he knows how our communities feel, because we tell him. I was pissed that we didn't have any good Devs working on our profession so to me this is somewhat good news. Plus I have been looking forward to the SE since day one.

Yeah I think they all thought that JTL will be a really big treat for us... Which is and is'nt

I was going to leave before then anyways (depending on combat vamp and sl)

Face it you got to make sure the foundation of this game is good before trying to add new stuff in....

There will be tons of new bugs with JTL and i'm sure it will be delayed ten times more once beta goes through with it...

It's pointless they should do combat sl GCW and smugeler... then do JTL all of us can wait for it there is no rush for it no need.
