Squad Leader Archive

After having read many of the posts here and thinking of my own ideas I have come up with a few. Since the group xp is pretty lousy what would be the possiblity of giving a skill to squad leaders that increases the amount of xp given to their group? Perhaps to start with .1% and maybe all the way up to 10% cumulative. That would keep us Squad Leaders in a job and people would be asking us to lead their group.

Also as a side note, I was thinking had any of you considered charging for your leadership skills? I was thinking what if I were to charge 2000 per person in the group. I would then hire a good combat medic, puller (maybe) and possibly a dancer. Split the profits with them and have a good time and make some money.
