Squad Leader Archive

In as few words as possible, what do you think is the biggest or most important thing that is MISSING in the Squad Leader profession (be itsome sort ofability, better skill mods, better group buffs, or what have you)?

I think there should be more speed and accuracy buffs (ones that group members will actually notice).

I would honestly like the ability to make my group follow in a formation of my choosing. Each formation would confer certain benefits and con's to it. Examples: Standard Square, Single Line, Front Abreast, etc.

Kind of like the Dancer's ability to all coordinate their moves but with combat perk's and minus's.

Lowering HAM costs for actions taken by gorup members by some degree. That alone would make groups want to ensure to have a SL with them. Even if it was a mere 2% per rank in one of the skill paths...

2% novice

4% rank 1

6% rank 2

8% rank 3

10% rank 4

and 12% at Master SL

more noticable abilities/effects (and by noticable, i dont mean hearing people whine they cant harvest while rallied =P)

pretty much sums up my feelings (except his slightly biast against PVP views =p and the parts about not liking "magic" abilities)

Fixing our current skills I think is paramount. Followed closely by fixing the fail rate of sais skills.
