Or maybe I'm blind and missed it...but how nice would it be to have inter-squad communications? Say if you're in a big hunting party and have to split into 2 teams, wouldn't it be nice to have a way to communicate with the other squad more effectively than saying something in spatial chat? During heavy battles, those messages generally get lost. That's just my 2 credits though...

You can create a separate channel and have everyone join it. If you're worried about privacy, you're probably going to have to take it off of public and then manually invite everyone. Perhaps the ability to invite a group leader and his squad would be more efficient then and the thing to change.
