What I'd like to have as SL are battle stats that I can view whenever my group is not in fight.

Imagine you go on a raid, rules of engagement were set before. You could check statistics of that raid to see who got the most loots, harvest, kills, and so on. Based on those stats it is possible to improve the overall srtategy or tactics you are going to apply to your group, remind some people of what they should do, give out field promotions for very good soldiers and so on. I think a creative mind can develop this idea in various directiosn which could be quite usefull for SL profession.
