Thread: If I ran my business like this I would be out of business, lets have good customer service
Okay I am sure the people who work on this game do things with their day aside from coming up with the newest thing to piss of the small amount of squad leaders (I am seriously thinking they are laughing at our posts), can we please get a timeline on when things will be fixed.....as a customer I deserve communication from the seller of this product on when my product will be fixed. I spent my money and time in a profession which I would enjoy. I have no problems with my abilities, but in order for me to get what I paid for, I would like to use the abilities I worked hard for. Please do the right thing and post a legit timeline from the developers when things will be fixed or how much time goes in to fixing the squad leader bugs at hand.

The answer is depends. You can bring a class action lawsuit when a company has either A) failed to deliever a product as advertised or B) deliberatley deceived their customers for financial benefit.
Two major class action lawsuit examples include Blockbuster being sued for charging a late fee equal to the rental price for each day the rental was late, instead of charing the late fee equal to the rental price and then extending the rental by the normal 5 days.
The second major class action suit was SBC Yahoo DSL failing to deliver its DSL product service at the price paid for that service.
You could make a compelling case that SONY is failing to meet the terms of their advertised product if you wanted to research the bugs and get a few other people to bring the suit with you. All I want is some communication on when bugs will be fixed and how long this process can take.
