you take time to fix things like: The guy on lok was saying this but should have said that... we fix that

but your lack of communication is unprofessionnal and prove bad customer care service

I may be playing a non popular profession but i did paid plike everbody for the game and this is unnacceptable

I'm not really sure who you are trying to talk to here. SOE doesn't read these boards, so I'd suggest moving your post to a more public forum, or instead simply PMing the red-names one by one. Sitting on this forum your concern really will not get recognition.
