Please fix our broken skills. RALLY, VOLLEY FIRE, etc..

Some SQL's can't even get experince as the game isn't reconizing them as GROUP LEADER.

Since the big patch SQL is even more worthless than it was before.

I am one of those who, is not being recognized as the group leader. The only skill that works is sysgroup msgs. Trying to use any other skills results i a "you must be the leader of a group to use this skill". So i am pretty much all together useless. I do get Exp from time to time, depending on how the server feels at the time of the kill i guess.
