Squad Leader Archive

Make it so squad leaders can have a stackable bonus, the more squad leaders you have ina group the bigger the bonus gets. Maybe some sort of assist leader bonus, +10% bonus for each squad leader in the group. This way the rest of the squad leaders in the group dont sit around with their thumbs up their butts.

Having some skills that work even if you are not the leader of the group would be nice too. This would help the main leader out by reducing the drain on mind.
