Thread: Please do something about people /reporting Squad Leaders

This is beginning to get out of hand. You make a profession that has to /yell everytime they use a special and the opposing faction is running around having their whole group /report the SL. Then the SL gets a warning or game suspension FOR USING THIER SPECIALS! Devs its easy to fix... have them talk in group chat instead of /yell.

As much as I agree with Puoseb (and I do), this could also be fixed by not hiring ass-hats.

um no i reported the sl bot because she was allowed to be within 5m of the theed spaceport while ours was not allowed 5 m from theed palace....

lol, what a truely distrubing chain of events. The best technique a rival group can use against an opposing force with a Squad Leader is to report them to a CSR for using their specials.........Jester this is embarrssing and I thought this would be fixed by the devs by now. I would hate to think when I get MSL I have to worry about being reported for using my own specials in a PvP area (big cities IMO are the main PvP areas since Battlefields have mysteriously been absent from this game for months).

what goes around comes around. since our guilds, relic,squad leader was the first to get banned we didnt go and cry and call other guilds losers and babies. we took it up with the csrs as much as we could.
our squad leader has been getting kicked ona whim and im not about to let any other guilds sl run around freely. if thats cheap then to bad. find out who started all this crap and take it up with them.
our sqaud leader lands at a shuttleport and is reported immediatly for doing the same thing these other squad leaders are doing.

I'm not saying your bad for doing it to them because its obvious it was done to you and your group can no longer have a SL......however itsstupidthat ithashas come to this. Players complaining that a profession is using their specials lol. If I was a Squad Leader underthese current conditions I think I wouldquit. No point of the SL if you can't spam specials like everyone else. I am not attacking you or your grouppersonally, I'm attacking the fact you have to complain to get the SL removed because yours was already removed.
If the whole argument the CSR's have is spaming....why don't the devs just make the specials work off group chat instead of spatial......problem solved.

The csr's are not banning anyone for just using their abilities, so reporting people for using their squad leader commands will not do anything.
The only people that got talked to were those that were intentionally disrupting the community around them, if you have any more questions about this or want to ask a csr about a message, contact them ingame or via [email protected] with In Game in the subject.
Again... people using their abilities will not get anyone in trouble, people intentionally disrupting the game/community will, but this goes for ANY profession not just squad leaders.
