I found a, ehm clothing or armor attachment (cant remember wich), with +3 steady aim, would that be of any use?

Not really, Not many of us use steady aim i believe its safe to say. I actually have a +14 AA for steady aim. I also have (altogether) +20 Group terrain negotiation all clothing attachments (in under shirts, belts and bandoliers of course).
