Have there been any tests done as to how effective the theSL abilities "Rally" and "Steady-Aim" are on Thrown weapons accuracy?
If so, where can i find them?
and have any current or former commandos in here tested this themselves?

I'm not sure on thrown weapons specifically but I know my Master Commando friend claims that he rarely misses if I use both of those. And he normally misses enough to complain.
