I have not read any threads on SL, so pardon my ignorance...Just wondering if someone had a quick answer for me...thanks

no they dont.

but they should.

what ends up happening way too often is an SL making a bot...or just sum1 using their toon as a covert or even neutral player...and enhancing there squad...all whiel they sit back and are totally immune to retribution.

thats not rigth and it is nto fair..and thats oen thing i hope thats fixed with the revamp. Using an SL skillt o enhance a group in pvP should TEF you just the same as firing a weapon at the enemy does.

This is why im always overt! But i still get complaints about being a bot, even tho im standing in the battlefield with my squad. They can target me at any time, wich they usaly do when they come on tef runns

odd, because i've gotten TEFs from giving SL commands on at least two occassions that i can remember. both times i was unbuffed and unarmored, one time i ended up dying.

Its a simpel fix irott

Imp SL's should NOT be able to enhance rebs

Reb SL's should nto eb able to enhance imps

and Neutrals should not eb able to effect either imperials or rebels.

If you are a squad elader then you are there to lead and suffer the same fate as your group. YOu are acting in an aggressive and tactical form if you use your commands leading a group....an SL giving orders to attack an enemy is NO different from him using a weapon to shoot at an enemy.

I will be extremely displeased if SL's do not start suffering TEF's from usign their commands in PvP. All these cowardly covert/neutral SL's need to be put in their place.

So Panzer I see you'd like the same rules that apply to Doctors to apply for us? (I agree but I think it should apply only to overts and people with TEFs). Applying a SL bonus on omebody should be viewed the same as healing them. If the are ovrt and you are covert, you become overt. If you are of the opposing action or neutral it won't let those things apply.

Somemay complain this makes the PvE side of SL difficult, but really it doesn't. If your group is gonna hunt make sure everyone comes covert so they get the bonuses.
