I'm wondering, when a SL or Master SL uses formup while covert, does he/she gets a tef in a pvp battle?

On Corbantis I am Calisto and my Resource / Tailor Component Shop is in New Alderon on Corellia. -2115 -4636 (just off the shuttle to your left)

On Naritus I am also Calisto . My shop is in Rebirth on Talus. It is located in the Rebirth Mall just off the Shuttle.

The only SL ability that gives you a TEF is Rally.
