Hay Folks

Through my SWG game time of around 1 and a bit years I've always fancied going squadleader.

Right first off I cheatedjust got respeced on my alt to Master SquadLeader Master Carbiner, forgive me.

I haven't played Tig much, been leveling Kenney. My guild told me I'm pretty crazy going SL as it's still needs alot of work and looking through this forum they might be right. Well I can live with that having played Master Smuggler for over a year. I'm use to having one of the red headed step child proffessions of SL

I mainly troll the valcyn boards and the smuggler boards but I'm hoping to pop in here from time to time now

You really chose a bad moment to become Squad Leader, mate. I am now Master Squad Leader, Master Rifleman and Master Marksman and I feel like it's time to go for another role, something like Master Commando, Master Carbineer and Master Marksman. I really love leading squads, and my squad members love me. My character's background points at Squad Leader, but I just feel very unuseful after the CU.

Ok, the bonuses are there, and they're as good as before (or even better), but we earn no Squad Leader XPs anymore and I have not seen anyone dizzy or stunned for last couple of weeks. Also, how am I supposed to grind my Squad Leader if I am a Rifleman now that it requires Pistols? It could be a long, long grind...

I've seen quite abit of dizzy and stun, but I've been fighting krayts almost non-stop the last 3 days. From what I've seen, few people both with the recovery abilites (either they don't know of them, don't care, don't have them, or all 3). From my perspective, dizzy doesn't really bother me anymore (to think I once thought of dizzy as the SL-killer) as I haven't been knocked down, although I do notice a slight drop in effectiveness. Stun seems more of an annoyance then dizzy. I'll throw off a formup if I think the power of the group is being affected, but seeing as most of the team I've been bringing hunting are under level 55, I don't do it much since I'm the damage dealer and many times double as tank...

... I never dreamed of the day I would be the one of most effective member of my group.
